Kindergarten teacher interested in free pedagogic work

We are looking for a committed specialist (a social pedagogue, childhood educator or experienced state-recognized educator) to join the team for 30 hours per week or more in our Kita SpielRaum Perlentaucher!

You have a positive view of people, you are a team player with the ability to work independently and appreciate the diversity of different families. If you enjoy talking and making decisions, have a pedagogical attitude that suits us and enjoy your work, then you should definitely apply to us!

You can expect a play space with a feel-good atmosphere where your own creative ideas are welcome. Our work focuses on (democratic) co-determination of children, involvement in the social space, sustainability, health promotion, inclusion and the fight against discrimination.

Our friendly team welcomes new members who enjoy and are committed to their daily work with the children. Our janitor and housekeeper are also part of the team. We have team time once a week and team events take place several times a year. We are an inclusive daycare center in the diverse neighborhood of Moabit with great daycare children.

Support is provided by the provider in the form of specialist advice, further training, supervision and "goodies" such as Subsidized yoga, company pension scheme, daycare place (subject to availability), regional shopping vouchers and other extras.
