Are you passionate about supporting children in a loving and bilingual environment? Our dedicated, parent-run daycare center in Schöneberg is looking for a state-certified early childhood educator (m/f/d) to join our team.
Who we are:
Our Humpty Dumpty daycare center is a bilingual facility with 23 children aged 1.5 years to school entry, divided into two groups:
- Roses (1.5-3 years) with two educators
- Birches (3-6 years) with four educators
Our team consists of native-speaking educators who communicate with the children exclusively in German or English. As a parent-run initiative, we are distinguished by a very active board that works closely, trustingly, and as equals with the educators and all parents.

Was wir uns wünschen:
- Eine staatlich anerkannte Fachkraft (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (die staatliche Anerkennung als Erzieher*in ist für diese Position grundsätzlich erforderlich)
- Berufserfahrung in der frühkindlichen Bildung
- Muttersprachliches Niveau (oder sehr gute Kenntnisse) in Deutsch oder Englisch, um mit den Kindern professionell zu kommunizieren
- Einfühlungsvermögen, Flexibilität und Teamgeist
- Freude an der Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Wertschätzender und positiver Umgang mit Kindern, Eltern und Kolleg*innen
- Reflexionsfähigkeit und Motivation zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung

Are you passionate about early childhood education in a bilingual, nurturing environment? Our welcoming, parent-run Kita in Schöneberg is looking for a certified early childhood educator (m/f/d) with a German teaching license (staatliche Anerkennung als Erzieher*in) to join our team.
Who we are:
Humpty Dumpty is a bilingual daycare center with 23 children aged 1.5 to 6, divided into two age groups:
- Roses (ages 1.5-3) with two educators
- Birches (ages 3-6) with four educators
Our educators are native speakers of either English or German and communicate exclusively in their mother tongue with the children. As a parent initiative, we are proud of our highly active board, which works closely and collaboratively with both the teaching team and the broader parent community.

What we're looking for:
- A certified early childhood educator with a German teaching license ( state recognition as an educator is generally required) or equivalent qualification
- Relevant professional experience in early childhood education
- Native-level English or German skills (and ideally some understanding of the other language)
- Empathy, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills
- Passion for working in an international, bilingual setting
- A reflective and growth-oriented mindset
